In 2007, after major restoration work inside the old Grand Hotel in Bordeaux, the door of the city’s unique luxury hotel once again started revolving, under the new name of The Regent Grand Hotel Bordeaux.
Less than a year later, to the great delight of all gourmets and discerning lovers of fine food, the prestigious establishment on the Place de la Comédie opened Le Pressoir d'Argent, a top-class gourmet restaurant entirely dedicated to the infinite nuances of the flavours of the sea.
